Authorization writes a license to the device so content downloads work.

Steps

1. Flash official firmware first when possible
2. Tap Device authorization on the left
3. Connect over USB, open the serial port, and identify the device
4. Follow on-screen steps to write the license
5. After reset, the device can use licensed features
